Frequently Asked Questions

New Clients

You will need to complete the new-client PAR-Q form to confirm your place in the class. This form helps me tailor lessons to your specific needs and abilities, ensuring your safety and comfort. In some cases, I may recommend consulting your doctor or physiotherapist before starting.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. Close-fitting clothes can help me check your alignment, but are not required. Be mindful that loose clothing may shift during exercise, so consider wearing a tighter layer underneath. Leggings, t-shirts, tracksuit bottoms, and shorts are all appropriate options. Please avoid clothing with buttons, zippers, or other embellishments, as these can be uncomfortable and may damage the mats.

Trainers are not worn during class. Exercises are done in bare or socked feet; socks with a grip are recommended but not essential.

What to Bring

You may want to bring a bottle of water and a small towel with you.

Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will be considered a late cancellation.
